Aluminium is well-known for its high corrosion resistance and low density, making it highly resistant to water and certain chemicals. This characteristic allows it to be widely used and makes it the most common metal used in the transportation, building, and construction industries.
Aluminium is easily workable and it suitable for processing at both high and low temperatures. Additionally, this metal has excellent thermal conductivity, and this is the reason for which it used in the manufacture of radiators, thermal containers, air conditioning equipment, and cookware.
Aluminium also enables energy transmission over long distances, which is why most high-voltage conductors are made of aluminium.
Our Standards:
Burr-Free Cut Edges: For thicknesses ranging from 0.20 to 1.50 mm, burrs of up to 0.02 mm are permitted.
Coil Misalignment Tolerance: Coils are wound with maximum care, allowing for a misalignment tolerance of ± 0.1 mm on both sides.
Electrical Conductivity and Loss Values: Accurate electrical measurements are taken on each lot. The minimum conductivity of our products is 34 σ [S/m] - Ω/mm².
Regulatory Standards: UNI EN 573/3; 515; 485/2; 485/4.
Physical States: Available upon request.
Dimensions & Tolerances: According to UNI EN 485/4.
Internal Diameter: 400/500 mm, with or without cardboard core.
Surface Finish: Natural mill finish, bright and free from dirt, grease/oil stains, scratches, or marks.
Optional Protection: Coils can be protected with tissue paper between layers upon request.
